The United States defeated South Korea 89-67 in group play at the FIBA U19 World Cup on Sunday in Bangkok, Thailand.
Kentucky’s Rhyne Howard was one of the reasons for the dominant performance. She finished with 17 points and 9 rebounds, shooting 5-of-7 from the three-point line. Oh, and she did all of this in the first half.

Howard is going to be a star in women’s college basketball next season. I am glad she is wearing Kentucky on her chest.
Howard and Team USA will finish group play against Hungary at 1:00 am ET on July 23.
