UK Fans in Phoenix want today’s BBNBA Roundup

@Suns

@Suns

Shoutout to this group of UK fans in Phoenix who went to see the Suns play the Pelicans yesterday. They were treated to six Cats in one game, how about that!

Here’s how the rest of Kentucky’s players in the league fared yesterday…

Poor Nerlens Noel. In his first game back with the Sixers after knee surgery, Noel scored eight points before suffering a left ankle sprain. Thankfully, it doesn’t appear to be serious and Nerlens was able to return to the game, but still, stay healthy and get out of Philly.

Here are Nerlens’ first two points of the season:

…And a look at his new hairstyle (RIP flattop):

With the KSR crew in the stands, Kanter had 14 points and 6 rebounds, cleaning up this mess in the post:

Afterwards, Enes posed with Matt and Drew in the locker room:

Great seeing Enes tonight. He couldn't have been nicer

Karl got his fifth straight double-double vs. the Warriors, bringing his total this season to 15. Trying to find one highlight was impossible, so here’s an entire reel:

It was a relatively quiet night for Anthony…if you consider a double-double quiet. This alley-oop from Terrence Jones certainly was nice:

Bledsoe put up 30 points for the second game in a row, looking scary good vs. the Pelicans:

Randle put up his 8th double-double of the season, which included this buzzer-beater at the end of the first half:

Tonight’s games:

  • 7:00 PM: Hornets (MKG) vs. Pacers
  • 7:30 PM: Bucks vs Raptors (Patrick Patterson)
  • 7:30 PM: Wizards (John Wall) vs. Heat
  • 8:30 PM: Nuggets (Jamal Murray) vs. Mavericks
  • 10:30 PM: Lakers (Julius Randle) vs. Kings (DeMarcus Cousins, Willie Cauley-Stein)

Skal Labissiere and Aaron Harrison are currently playing in the D-League, which is why they aren’t listed above. Speaking of the D-League, Kyle Wiltjer had 18 points and 12 rebounds for Rio Grande (Houston’s D-League team), while Skal put up 15 points and 6 rebounds for Reno. Alex Poythress had 23 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 blocks in Fort Wayne’s win.

Well done, all around.
