Tyler Herro may not bring home the NBA’s actual Rookie of the Year honor (that one is probably going to Ja Morrant, right?), but Herro is finding other ways to bring home some hardware. The former Cat has been named as the People’s Choice award for Rookie of the Year by LeagueFits, a popular Instagram account that recognizes the league’s most fashion-forward players.
Herro has certainly been known for his… interesting fashion choices. Most recently, he showed off his “No Work No Check” chest tattoo. Before that, it was this haircut:
Take a look at some of the outfits that helped him win the award:
The other contenders for the award were Jaxson Hayes, Jordan Poole, Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Darius Bazley.
Fellow Wildcat Shai Gilgeous-Alexander brought home LeagueFits’ MVP award.
LeagueFits has over 546,000 followers on Instagram who voted on these “all-drip team” awards, but I’m still not sure I really understand drip (or maybe I just don’t understand Tyler Herro).
Regardless, congrats to the Bucket.
