From Willie Cauley-Stein’s foot sprain to Michael Kidd-Gilchrist’s uncertainty over his future in Charlotte, the updates we’ve shared from NBA Media Day have been a little depressing so far, so let’s lighten things up. Here are some more sights and sounds from today’s media opportunities, starting with Tyler Herro attempting to sing Enrique Iglesias’ “I can be your hero, baby”:

His dancing isn’t much better:

Jimmy Butler raved about Herro on Friday and did so again today, telling NBA TV about the former Cat’s renowned work ethic:

Up in Minnesota, Karl Towns showed off a new hairstyle and talked about his passing skills:

Timberwolves President of Basketball Operations Gersson Rosas raved about Karl’s dedication to the team:

Julius Randle also attempted a dance with two young Knicks fans:

While Kevin Knox showed off some muscle he’s added since last season:

Malik Monk also focused on his body during the offseason, telling reporters that his weight is up to 205 lbs. from 182 lbs. at the end of last season.

Monk’s teammate PJ Washington said his foot is finally back to normal and he’s open to starting his pro career with the Greensboro Swarm, Charlotte’s G-League affiliate, if that’s what his coaches decide:

Hope Jimmy Butler stays in Bucket’s corner for a LONG time, because he is going to need it. Butler’s rep from previous teams not so sparkling….
