Looking For a Spot:
Marquis Teague, Oklahoma City Blue: At only 22 years old Teague could still have a future in the NBA
Doron Lamb, Westchester Knicks. In March a wrist injury left Lamb sidelined. With the NBA placing a premium on shooting maybe Doron can find a spot for this summer.
Darius Miller: Fresh off a German championship don’t be shocked to see Darius back in the NBA this fall.
DeAndre Liggins: Last summer Liggins played for the Detroit Pistons during the Orlando Summer League and the Los Angeles Clippers during Las Vegas Summer League but finished ’14-15 playing in Germany.
Daniel Orton, Idaho Stampede: 2014-15 was an up and down year for the big man D.O. Surely this coming year can’t be worse than getting the boot for making fun of Manny Pacquiao.
This time last year there were 15 teams so the Cats in the NBA are making some ground. Maybe it isn’t far-fetched to see and All-Star game made up of nearly all ExCats sometime in the next decade.
