De’Aaron Fox’s second-year breakout season as the point guard of the Sacramento Kings has earned him his first taste of the sneaker industry.

According to Fox’s Twitter account, the Nike Air Max 1 “SWIPA” will be released on May 31.

The design features two mismatched shoes; one consisting of blue, red, black, and white and the other blue, orange, pink, black, and white. The tongue displays the number “5” in reference to Fox’s jersey and the back of each shoe reads his moniker – “SWIPA”

There is currently no listed price.

Fox took a massive leap in production from his rookie season to year two. His numbers skyrocketed across the board and he led the eternally dysfunctional Kings to a 39-win season and a near playoff appearance in the Western Conference. It probably won’t be much longer until Fox is prepping for the release of his first “signature shoe”.

He can go ahead and add the SWIPA to his already extensive collection.
