Mavs Make Moves on Two Former Wildcats

The Dallas Mavericks have some good news and some bad news for two former Wildcats.  First, the bad news.

DeAndre Liggins has been cut by the Mavericks according to ESPN’s Tim McMahon.  Picked up on waivers in the last week of the season, Dallas denied the team option to keep Liggins for the 2017-18 season.

Now, the good news.  According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, Mark Cuban’s top offseason priority is re-signing Nerlens Noel.  Acquired from the 76ers at the trade deadline, Noel is a restricted free agent this offseason.

If draft night Tweets mean anything, it looks like Noel might stay in Dallas a little longer.
