Karl-Anthony Towns Featured on NBA.com

Over on NBA.com there’s another feature on Karl-Anthony Towns and how his insane potential can be a great investment. It shouldn’t surprise anyone as Towns has been separating himself as the consensus No. 1 pick for for the June 25th Draft.

Scott Howard-Cooper, the writer of the article, talks about the uniqueness of Towns only playing 21 minutes a game last season and how there is uncertainty because of the limited minutes and loaded roster. However, he interviewed three front office employees who all sounded like they are in love with Karl (as everyone usually does).

“The more I’ve seen him, the more I understand why Kentucky was so high on him. He’s good. He’s got a nasty streak to him, he’s got good size, he can score inside, he’s got a mid-range jump shot…. I think Towns is really the only one that’s got a chance to be — I don’t want to say dominant — but a really good player. The rest of them all have their weaknesses.”

Go check it out as it’s a piece that really speaks highly of Karl. Man, I’m going to miss him photobombing Calipari next year.
