John Wall is back on the hardwood.
The former Kentucky point guard has not played in an NBA game in almost two years. Recovering from a ruptured Achilles tendon he suffered in December of 2018, Wall is finally feeling well enough to play five-on-five basketball.
The five-time NBA All-Star and former No. 1 overall pick is now 30 years old. To play his way back into shape, he’s working out in Miami and playing pickup against some of the best basketball players in the world, like James Harden, Andre Drummond, Michael Beasley and P.J. Tucker.
Even though it’s just pickup, it’s great to see Wall D-up Harden and blow by defenders in the open court like his injury never even happened.
