John Wall makes $400k charity donation

In a familiar story, Jimmy John gave away a lot of money this weekend to help needy children in the DC area. John made a $400,000 contribution this Friday to Bright Beginnings, a group that supports kids who are living in crisis shelters and transitional housing. Jimmy John Owner donation will help the program open a brand new facility in 2017 – which will include a “Wall of Achievement” (designed to highlight the accomplishments of kids in the program) and will also have a classroom with Wall’s name.

Here are some photos of Wall visiting the charity:

The spirit of giving is nothing new for Wall; he donated $1 million to several DC charities after signing his contract extension in 2013. It’s always great to see a former Cat using his position to support a greater good.

Somewhere out there, Colin Cowherd is ignoring this.
