Immanuel Quickley among top shooters at NBA Combine

Stop me if you’ve heard this before: Immanuel Quickley is impressing as a shooter.

With less than two weeks remaining until the NBA Draft, official numbers from this fall’s Draft Combine are quickly leaking out, with the former Kentucky guard standing out as one of the event’s top shooters.

According to Jonathan Givony of Draft Express, Quickley was a top-eight finisher in all major shooting categories, including:

  • No. 2 in the 3-point shooting endurance drill (76% on 5 minutes of consecutive game-speed spot-3s)
  • No. 2 in the top 3-Point star drill (75% on 20 attempts, spot-up off movement)
  • No. 4 in free throw percentage (94% on 100 attempts)
  • No. 8 in spot-up 3-pointers (72%)
