Former Cats Return to the NBA Skills Challenge

Kentucky Wildcats will play a part in All-Star Saturday night, ensuring you will see an NBA Cat every evening of All-Star Weekend.

Four have been selected to participate in the Taco Bell Skills Challenge.  Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins will compete against two other posts, Kristaps Porzingis and Joel Embiid, while John Wall and Devin Booker duel with Gordon Hayward and Isaiah Thomas.

Last year was the first time big men were featured in the Skills Challenge, and a Kentucky big man won: Karl-Anthony Towns.

Towns had an opportunity to defend his crown, but the Big KAT declined an invitation.  Booker finished third in last year’s three-point contest, but will not be featured this year, despite improving his three-point shooting percentage from 34 to 36 percent.
