Devin Booker bought a new $3.25 million Arizona home

When you’re a bright, young star and the future of an NBA franchise, you can afford to do things like buy a new home in a trendy Arizona neighborhood for several million dollars.

That is what Devin Booker, the future of the Suns’ franchise, has done out in Phoenix. The former Kentucky Wildcat forked over a cool $3.25 million for new digs in Paradise Valley. It’s a 5,600-square-foot home equipped with four bedrooms and fancy things like a wine cellar, a chef’s kitchen overlooking an outdoor living area, and a swimming pool to beat that desert heat.

The realtor says, “It exemplifies the simple, elegant and sophisticated concept the Valley has been craving.”

Very Richard Neutra, except a bit more boxy. That kitchen though is awful. Brick backsplash?! Cabinets with recessed front panel?! That doesn’t go well with the modern streamline look of the rest of the house. Probably the builder’s stock finish package. Please tell me he is not keeping that stuff! Everything else is really nice tho.

All that money and you still get a gravel yard. The desert sucks, no matter how nice your house is.

I just don’t see anything about that house that’s worth that price tag. I mean the outdoor living area is great, but that kitchen is absolutely dreadful.

All those home renovation shows on HGTV have turned everyone into home reno experts.

  6. Looks like a mausoleum to me, but it doesn’t matter. If he likes it, that’s all that does.

To each his own. You do you Book! Congrats!!!

Houses in Arizona always look like they are likely to have rattle snakes in the front yard…the desert is just depressing….

Wayne should not have brought Cassandra here. This place is a fully functional babe lair. Chicks are helpless against its powers…
