When you’re a bright, young star and the future of an NBA franchise, you can afford to do things like buy a new home in a trendy Arizona neighborhood for several million dollars.
That is what Devin Booker, the future of the Suns’ franchise, has done out in Phoenix. The former Kentucky Wildcat forked over a cool $3.25 million for new digs in Paradise Valley. It’s a 5,600-square-foot home equipped with four bedrooms and fancy things like a wine cellar, a chef’s kitchen overlooking an outdoor living area, and a swimming pool to beat that desert heat.
The realtor says, “It exemplifies the simple, elegant and sophisticated concept the Valley has been craving.”
