DeMarcus Cousins Fined $25,000 for Entering the Stands

Boogie is coming in(to the stands) hot!

Cousins allowed his critics to say “I told you so” when he lost his cool during Saturday night’s game against Minnesota.  In the Kings’ first home game at their new arena, Boogie tried to take a charge with five fouls, a 4-point lead and only 37 seconds remaining.

Upon seeing the ref call a block, Cousins couldn’t contain his emotions.  He charged up the steps into the stands before slamming his mouthpiece to the ground.

Luckily the Kings still won behind his 29-point performance, but I’m sure he won’t be too happy with that $25,000 tab.

    I love DeMarcus, but that was a block and he deserves the fine.

      Same. and im sure he’ll see that on sportscenter. i didnt watch the game, maybe he was getting bad calls the whole game and that was the tipping point (even if it was the right call). oh well… live and learn boogie
