Ever since the Phoenix Suns were unable to trade Brandon Knight before the trade deadline, his minutes have declined to almost never checking into the game. Meanwhile, Tyler Ulis has been the other guard picking up the back up minutes for the Suns, and he’s taking advantage. Last night, Ulis set a new career high of 8 assists to go along with 8 points and 2 steals, in only 23 minutes.

 23  3-7  0-0  2-2  0  1  1  8  2 0  1  0  +17  8

Slick crossover from Ulis that leads to the assist.

Really pretty assist here for the one-handed oop.

Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns (120-103 win over Hornets)

 29  3-7  0-0 1-2  5 3  8  1  6  0  3  4 -2  7

MKG misses his first attempt but sticks with it for the put back.

bbnba-kanter

Enes Kanter, Oklahoma City Thunder (

MIN FG 3PT FT OREB DREB REB AST STL BLK TO PF +/- PTS
 28  6-13 0-0  6-7  2 8  10  0  1  0  2  3  +14  18

Strong post finish from Kanter.

bbnba-rondo

Rajon Rondo, Chicago Bulls (94-87 win over Warriors)

MIN FG 3PT FT OREB DREB REB AST STL BLK TO PF +/- PTS
 13  3-5 0-1  2-3  0  3  3  3  0  0  4  3  +2  8

Rondo goes coast to coast for the and-one.

That’s a ball-fake that the old Rondo would make. Filthy.

Hate not seeing Knight play. Watched him play the Timberwolves and he had a really good game.

Love both Tyler and Brandon. Think Brandon should go to the Pelicans.

A TJones- Knight trade would have benefitted both the Suns and Pelicans. It’s a shame that a player as talented as Knight is going to warm the bench.
