Every year, NFL players vote on who they believe are the top 100 players in the league. The NFL Network is rolling out the list all week, and so far, one former Kentucky Wildcat made the cut. Za’Darius Smith made his NFL Top 100 debut at No. 48 after a banner inaugural season with the Green Bay Packers.

In 2019, Za’Darius posted career highs in tackles (55), quarterback hits (37), and sacks (13.5), and led all NFL pass rushers with 93 pressures, the most by a Green Bay Packer in more than a decade. He also made his first Pro Bowl. It seems like only yesterday the East Mississippi CC Lion turned Kentucky Wildcat was seeing himself on a billboard for the first time on New Circle Road.
The rest of the NFL Top 100 will be unveiled on the NFL Network tonight (Nos. 11-40) and tomorrow night (Nos. 10-1).
