If you haven’t been on Twitter this morning, this is something you have to see. Circulating right now via cardchronicle.com is a video of a young Louisville fan drowning in tears because she accidentally said “Go Cats”. I’m not one to laugh at crying children, but you can’t help but see the comedy here. As the saying goes, the most honest people in the world are drunk people and children…are we finally infiltrating the fan base?

It’s okay little one, welcome to the open arms of the Big Blue Nation.

When I was about her age, I cheered for the Cards in basketball because I thought they were the Chicago Bulls.

Sad thing is her parents have indoctrinated her so much that this caused her to cry. Let kids root for whoever they want, and they’ll choose their team when they’re old enough to understand.

What happens when someone takes a sports rivalry just a bit too far. Sad.
