Welcome Home the Cats

If you’re planning on welcoming home the team, they’ll arrive at Bluegrass Airport approximately around 2:45 PM ET.  It’s a tough loss to swallow, but come out and show your support for these great young men.  They deserve it after this incredible season.

Been a fan since 1976 & I truly love this team overall. It’s a double disappointment however.. 1) Losing the undefeated march & 2) Seeing bad sportsmanship with the no handshake & slur. This will sting for a long while.

The refs beat this team. Media got their wish.

Completely disagree. Willie not showing up & 3 consecutive shot clock violations were more contributing factors that what the refs did or didn’t do.

It seemed that they got all of the 50-50 calls. With how much Vegas had on this game it makes you wonder. This game felt like UNLV Duke to me although I always felt a few players were in on that one.

If not for the refs, Wisky wins by 15.

Great season…….some fine young men. Some bad officiating. But, still no excuse for some of the lack of sportsmanship displayed. Over the last couple of years, we have ended several good teams season, they all went through the handshake line even though it was painful for them. I regret some of our players failed to do the same.

If these guys have played their last game for UK, Aaron finished with 979 points for his career, good for 64th all-time. Willie finished with 233 blocks, good for 2nd all time. Willie also scored 843 points (73rd) . Andrew scored 798 points, (87th), and 298 assists (16th)
