Is Mountain Dew the next toilet paper?
In the middle of a global pandemic, you truly can never count out the most bizarre of news stories. With that being said, a couple visiting a Kroger’s supermarket in Louisville, KY last week was caught on camera verbaling abusing store employees over 552 cans of Mountain Dew. The two were trying to stockpile 23 cases worth of Mountain Dew, which the store denied.
The suspiciously green-colored (or is it yellow?) soft drink can’t cure you of the coronavirus, but it sure can create one hell of a viral video. The clip is a little over a minute long and includes two individuals that look, quite literally, exactly what you might think of when you initially saw this headline. Go ahead, picture them now and try to convince me that the gentleman in your imagination didn’t have a mini-version of his partner’s ponytail. Don’t lie. We were all thinking it.
Also, did they match on purpose or…?
After a brief interaction with one of the store employees, the lady Mountain Dew fanatic begrudgingly lobs two cases of the beverage back onto the conveyor belt before they both walk out with their heads high and mental healthy fully in check. A tremendous display of courage from this likely pairing.

That is so true, two things came to my mind when I first saw the headline. Number one I figured it was at Walmart, and number two was that we paid for it. Neither one of them has had a job in years if ever. Nice to know out hard earned taxes pay for millions of idiots just like this.

Unbelievable. This didn’t escalate within the one minute video. Where was the manager of the store? I would like to think they lost their job. Granted the customers were in the wrong. But seems like only three lady cashiers trying to descalate the situation.
Someone contact the zoo and see if they’re missing a couple of hippos.
