Thoughts and Prayers from the BBN to a pair of players from The Patrick School.

B.J. Boston soaked up the national spotlight Friday night on ESPN. In a matchup against the No. 1 player in the 2021 class, Jonathan Kuminga, the future Wildcat provided a nice preview for what Kentucky fans can expect to see in the Bluegrass next season.

Two players tried to slow down Boston in transition. He didn’t have time for that.

Boston put not one, but two players on skates. He’s not just a one-trick pony either. Boston led all scorers by knocking down 6-of-11 shots for 21 points. He sprinkled in six rebounds for Sierra Canyon in the 71-56 victory. You will see some of Boston’s best work from last night in the highlight below.

Reminds me of the saying, “some guys just find a way to score!” His handles will transition well in the dribble drive. He could set the record for assists.

Sorry but the headline is EXTREMELY misleading… only ONE basket highlighted by Boston, little shown of #1 Kuminga, and mostly Freshman praise for an assist and a 3 point basket for Lebron James son… a waste of 6 minutes…
