Watch Ali Farokhmanesh recreate his big shot against Kansas… with his kids

Ali Farokhmanesh hit one of the biggest shots in March Madness history when he pulled up from deep on No. 1 overall seed Kansas, up one with 30 seconds still on the shot clock, to give Northern Iowa the shocking first-weekend upset.

If this doesn’t go in, Kansas probably wins and Farokhmanesh is known for an all-time bad decision. But it went in:

Now Farokhmanesh is an assistant at Colorado State and he is using his March downtime to recreate his magic from the 2010 tournament… with his family.

Stick around until the end for the best part:

That shot was huge! I couldn’t believe he shot it that early in the clock. I just remember thinking, “wtf is that dude thinkin?” Then it was, “Holy Sh!t, he hit it!” One of the biggest shots i have ever saw, and that cat never seemed to even hesitate the least. “Bang! Dagger! Bye KU!”

Was not a bad decision; Kansas was not going to foul, and N. Iowa was going to have to shoot…wouldn’t get a better look than that.
