VIDEO: Western Kentucky football players/fraternity brawl under investigation

Screen Shot 2017-03-07 at 8.38.35 AM

It’s usually not a good thing if your team ends up on TMZ Sports, as the Western Kentucky football program found out last night. Yesterday, TMZ Sports obtained footage of a frat house fight including several members of the Western Kentucky football team and an alumni member of the Pike fraternity. In the video, you can see the football players tackle and begin stomping on the alum before running away.

According to the police report, the alumni member was called to the house by a current member who said “several football players were outside” ready to fight. The alumnus came to the house and told the guys to leave, which is when he was pushed against a fence and assaulted. According to a current fraternity member who tried to break up the fight, the attackers allegedly also had guns and a box cutter. The police report includes a statement from one of the football players, who says the group went to the frat house that night to get revenge from an incident at the Pike house the night before.

Yikes. You can watch the footage below:

My son goes to Western. This story is consistent with what he has told me about how the football players conduct themselves down there…… a bunch of thugs. What would you expect though from a program run by Petreno and his Louisville assistant Brohm.

Apparently this fraternity doesn’t have a stellar reputation on WKU’s campus. Not saying what the football players did was right, but sources are saying the fraternity finally got what they deserved.

What a bunch of ‘brave’ guys! Like the old saying ‘you can’t make chicken salad out of chicken shit’! In this case a bunch of it.

This kind of stuff has been going on for several years involving members of WKU football team. The University does everything it can to cover up and hide the incidents. Victims have been reluctant to prosecute for fear of more threatening retaliation. Along as you win on the Hill, doesn’t matter…..anything goes. I have first hand knowledge and proof of the incidents. I hope they finally get exposed for the lack of control issues.
