Updated Scorecards For the Barbasol Championship Heading Into the Final Day

The third round of the Barbasol Championship at Keene Trace Golf Course wrapped up earlier today and it’s time to update everyone with relevant scorecards.

Unfortunately, golf icon John Daly didn’t make the cut, but we have plenty of Kentucky connections to satisfy your golfing needs.

Headlining them is Josh Teater, a Lexington native who also competed in the event last year. He currently sits tied for fifth at 17-under under after shooting his weekend best of 64 in the third round.

Former Kentucky golfer Stephen Stallings and current Kentucky sophomore Cullan Brown are both tied for 44th at nine-under. Brown shot a 67 in round three while Stallings posted a 69.

Friend of the site, JT Poston, whose caddy is former KSR writer Aaron Fleener, shot a 69 as well in round three. He currently sits tied for 23rd despite posting a 62 in round one.

Finally, Clay County native and former Wildcat Chip McDaniel dropped in round three after posting a 72. He now stands tied for 64th.

As for the rest of the former Cats, Steve Flesch, Cooper Musselman, and Lukas Euler all missed the cut. Nicholasville native Hunter Stewart also missed the cut.

Here is the top 10 as we head into Sunday.

The lack of J.B. coverage at this point must be intentional. Is there some petty grudge we don’t know about?
