Saturday’s UNC-Notre Dame has been postponed until Sunday due to an extreme water shortage in Chapel Hill. The game will be moved to Greensboro on Sunday at 1pm. The University of North Carolina was forced to cancel afternoon classes today, as a result of the shortage. The cause of the water shortage is a water main that broke this morning.
North Carolina is staying in Durham, NC tonight, to prepare for their game against the Fighting Irish. It is the second game that the Tar Heels have had cancelled this season. Their game against NC State that was scheduled for January 7th was postponed a day due to heavy snowfall in the area.
