UK’s fall semester starts three weeks from today

The University of Kentucky will begin in-person, on-campus, in-class, not-at-home, real-life instruction in only a matter of weeks. Three weeks from today to be exact. Students will begin their fall semester at UK on August 17 and as you can see in these photos there will be friendly reminders throughout campus to keep it as safe as possible.

Students will receive free wellness kits to help them stay extra safe too.

Testing will be readily available for all students beginning August 3 and adjustments have been made to classrooms to increase social distancing.

We need normal life back so please, please, please let this reopening go as best as it can. Please. No more going backwards.

Kids party irresponsibly and will get sick… and then will get the rest of Lexington sick. But yes, let’s worry about The Green Lantern and Ramsey’s Diner.

This attempt to keep college students in-line and following orders will last maybe two days and nights.
