The Kentucky-Louisville rivalry will not have a women’s basketball game in the upcoming 2020-21 season. UofL head coach Jeff Walz shared the news, saying it was a mutually agreed upon decision by both sides.
According to Cardinal Insider’s Jody Demling, Walz said there was a lack of available dates plus the potential of playing in an empty arena.

Walz expects the game to be back on schedule for the 2021-22 season.
