NFL Cats put plenty of points on the board this week, but most of it came from the defensive side of the ball.  Wesley Woodyard only had two tackles for the Titans, but his scoop and score helped lift the Titans to only their third win of the season with a 42-39 victory over the Jaguars.  His Wildcat running-mate Avery Williamson finished the day with 6 tackles.

Brock Osweiler and the Denver Broncos offense couldn’t produce many points, but Danny Trevathan’s 25-yard Pick 6 was more than enough to secure a 17-3 win over Stevie Johnson’s San Diego Chargers.  Johnson left the game early without any catches after injuring his groin.  Needless to say, I was happy I played the Denver and Titan’s defenses in my two fantasy league.  A look at Danny T’s touchdown.

Jacob Tamme had 3 catches for 26 yards in a Falcons’ loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In the Packers’ Thursday Night Motown Miracle win over the Lions, Randall Cobb caught 4 passes for 29 yards.

Bud Dupree had one tackle for loss in the Steelers’ Sunday Night win over the Colts.

The Ravens loss to the Dolphins in a game where Za’Darius Smith only managed one tackle.
