Ivy League won’t play Sports this Fall
Wednesday evening Ivy League schools learned they will not be playing sports this fall. Coronavirus will shutter athletic venues in the Ivy League until Jan. 1. If the New Year brings good news, there’s potential for a spring football season, giving optimists something to hang onto in the middle of a day that was filled with more positive COVID-19 tests on campuses across the country. Ohio State and North Carolina each suspended voluntary workouts as Power Five conference officials grow more concerned that the college football season will not start on time.
New COVID-19 Restrictions Coming to Kentucky
On Wednesday Andy Beshear announced six more deaths and 409 more positive coronavirus cases. In lieu of the rising numbers, the Governor said this afternoon he will announce new mandatory measures to prevent further spread of the virus in the Commonwealth.

TBT is Great
Sports are all the way back. Sure, it’s a different version of the basketball we know and love, but it’s still basketball and so far it’s produced a few high quality moments. Yesterday the defending champs and No. 1 overall seed, Ohio State alumni tabbed as Carmen’s Crew, lost their first game in TBT to the House of Paign. The Illinois alumni team got plenty of help from Mike Daum, who sent the Buckeyes packing as Aaron Craft flopped all over the floor. A reenactment of Craft’s Wednesday:
