Exciting times are happening at Cliff Hagan Stadium, but it’s 3,000 people seating capacity wasn’t going to work for hosting this weekend’s NCAA Tournament Regional.
In order to make it work, the program has brought in temporary bleachers to increase seating for 4,300 fans. Take a look at the transformation:

Construction on Kentucky’s new baseball stadium began in March, and should be completed and ready to go for the 2019 baseball season. Capacity will be boosted to seat 4,000 fans for regular season games and bleachers can be brought in to increase seating to as many as 7,000 for hosting NCAA regionals.
