Swaggy Cal and his hoverboard’s Sunday Morning Wake-Up

If you missed it and need a little reminder that our own Swaggy Cal is just like us {a human being who embarrasses himself and shamelessly shares it with the world} take a look at his second attempt on a Hoverboard. Several Kentucky athletes have been spotted riding these contraptions around campus like professionals and it seems Cal was ready to give it a shot himself. Needless to say, there are just some things he should steer clear of. Stick to what you know coach: hanging banners.

LSU beat Vandy on the road last night

The LSU Tigers got a road win when they traveled to Vanderbilt and came home with a 90-82 victory. Kentucky travels to LSU this Tuesday and if anyone remembers last year’s game, it sent me into a spiral of emotional distress but we also broke the Law of Averages, so there’s that. Keep up with KSR over the next several days to get updates and predictions (per usual) on the Cats as they travel to Louisiana to show the Tigers who runs this conference.

Kentucky beat Ole Miss

If you didn’t know this already then you probably accidentally stumbled upon this site or are from a parallel universe. Long story short, Kentucky opened conference play against Ole Miss at Rupp yesterday and came out on top 83-61. We’re getting back to where we should be, now let’s take it to LSU on Tuesday.

Clay Travis was a d***

But honestly, who’s surprised? The FoxSports writer took to Twitter last night to express what we assume was a joke meant in good taste…? While that’s a highly unlikely hypothesis, it’s safe to say that Travis lacks professionalism when he stoops so low as to poke fun at poor people. Woo hoo Clay! You’re a real standup guy!!

Here’s to hoping Karma comes around, and I wouldn’t be mad if it was sooner than later.

Jordan Smith rocked Rupp Arena

If you need something to really get you up and moving this morning, listen to the golden pipes of The Voice winner and Kentucky native, Jordan Smith, during his performance of the National Anthem at last night’s Kentucky basketball game. You’re welcome.
