So BR “projects” our starting lineup as Dakari, Towns, Booker, Aaron, Drew

I don’t think there’s any chance Booker starts; I’m hoping Poythress is ready to start and I’d actually like to see Willis coming in to play the 3 over Booker. Booker can come in when Aaron comes out but I don’t see him getting a lot of run as a freshman.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Aaron at the 3 if Booker is still going to be that thin come game time. Poythress can play the 3 but does his outside shooting hold up? Dude’s a monster finisher but his outside game still lacks and is a bit worrying.

poythress doesn’t have a great shot, but he’ll keep the defense a little honest … they can’t just leave him standing there. if towns is in the game, you get shooting at the 4, though, to compensate.

it will be interesting to see if towns can shoot well enough to get the green light from 3. cal has that drill where you have to be able to hit so many 3s in a certain amount of time.

basketball games are only 3 weeks away, i can’t stand it!

Where does Young get drafted if he played for Cal?
