On Thursday, the 2020 NFL Virtual Draft will commence. Several Wildcats can expect to hear their name called over the weekend, and KSR did some digging to see what the good folks on Twitter have to say about them as the event nears. Here’s what we found:
Lynn Bowden Jr.
1. A fun mystery
Lynn Bowden might be one of the most fun players I’ve just scouted. I think the transition to QB hurt his draft stock a bit. But he is dynamic and was Kentucky’s entire offense. Is he a RB or WR? He is shifty, smart and just a baller. Also, what round is he? So many questions

2. Bleacher Report believes in him
Kentucky WR Lynn Bowden Jr.'s junior year:
? 1,468 rushing yds
? 403 passing yds
? 348 receiving yds
? 17 TDs

3. His toughness is noted and appreciated
Kentucky's Lynn Bowden gained points in my book when he got scrappy during last year's Belk Bowl. Always love to see it. https://t.co/KaD0n3AuTh

4. An early third round pick?
I could see Scott Turner liking Lynn Bowden at 66. Positionless playmaker. His competitiveness and football IQ would sell Rivera. Just a thought. He’s gonna go higher than people think and he’s worth exploring. I like his tape.

5. A potential fit in Seattle with Russell Wilson?
64. SEA – Lynn Bowden, Jr. WR Kentucky
Bowden is skyrocketing given his experience as a wideout, running back, and QB while at Kentucky. Seattle see's an opportunity to implement their own Deebo Samuel who may have even more versatility

6. A match made in heaven with the presumptive #1 overall pick?
Not to be dramatic or anything, but Lynn Bowden x Joey Burrow in the same offense means there'd be 2 guys on the field at all times that DO NOT KNOW HOW TO LOSE and REFUSE to.
Everyone knows I'm a Kentucky fan, but seriously, Lynn Bowden is the real deal. Will be a steal.

7. A potential remedy to New England’s quarterback situation?
@FitzyGFY here's my plan. You draft these 3 guys
Trautman TE. Dayton
Lynn Bowden WR. Kentucky
Malcolm Perry RB. Navy
All former college QBs. You put out a line up of. Those 3, Edelman Sanu,Stidham. 6 QBs on the field. The NFL won't know what hit them

8. Tayson Hill 2.0?
Finalizing my offensive line rankings tonight. Watching Logan Stenberg (a very solid player in his own right), but I can’t keep my eyes off of Lynn Bowden Jr. This guy is a truly versatile and dynamic weapon. Would love to see him in a bit of a Taysom Hill role at the next level.

1. He has the approval of longtime NFL offensive line coach Paul Alexander
LOGAN STENBERG (G, Kentucky) is one of the toughest OL is this years draft. He’s a big, mauler type who needs to learn how to use his feet more effectively. But big, tough guys play … usually a long time. pic.twitter.com/FpbUywF35d
— Paul Alexander (@CoachPaulAlex) January 23, 2020
2. He has high upside in certain schemes
— Jordan Reid (@JReidNFL) February 12, 2020
3. The Texans have some interest
I think it’s time we get familiar with Logan Stenberg (LG, #71), team has met with him twice and is projected to go right where the #Texans pick at 90, anyways he is super strong and has solid technique in pass and run pro, I would love the pick. pic.twitter.com/oiC6i1FtgI

4. Perhaps he could clear lanes for Dalvin Cook next year?
It’s crazy how Logan Stenberg out of Kentucky is getting slept on. He perfectly fits the Vikings zone scheme at LG.

5. The intangibles are there
Just finished watching two more games of Logan Stenberg. Opinion never really changed on him. His aggressive style is great but he certainly needs some work with overall technique and pad level. With his grade, he’ll be placed at 119 https://t.co/urjft9Vt2v

1. He’s got the build for the NFL
I know I'm just box score scouting but Kentucky DT Calvin Taylor puts up the stats I look for at that position. He's 6'8" 310, 8.5 sacks spread out over a lot of games, 3 FF and 4 PD's. That's a huge, disruptive guy. Will be interesting to see what game he lands in/what happens.
— Jesse Fritsch (@FritschJesse) January 5, 2020
2. Perhaps he will need to shift positions
I’ve heard some in the league are looking at converting Kentucky DL Calvin Taylor to an OT.

1. Mel Kiper knows the name
Listening to Mel Kiper’s podcast, he mentions Kash Daniel as a sleeper LB in this year’s class #BBN
— Angelo Carriero (@AngeloMediaLex) April 17, 2020
2. His personality has drawn attention
Saw #56 flash a few times on Kentucky's film. Seems like a cool dude!
LB Kash Daniel
* Other than playing in the NFL he'd like to be a Federal Officer ??
*Loves bass fishing
