Roy Williams Says He’ll Coach UNC Until Program is in Good Shape

It’s fun to always peek to that uglier shade of blue and see what’s going on with Daggum Roy Williams. Well, there’s been news of course lately of the possibility of him retiring after this season, with UNC not living up to its preseason hype and of course those pesky fake class allegations.

Naturally, Roy said everyone has no idea what they are talking about and he’ll be the coach of UNC until the program is in good shape. Is he hinting at something there? Could the program be heading for bad shape?  It’ll be interesting to watch what happens with Williams as the speculation is assistant coach Hubert Davis will take over for him if he does retire.

It’s a good thing Williams never lies about coaching at UNC, right?

Consider peek (as in “to look”) vs. peak (as in top of a mountain)
