Pat Forde hit an all-time low last night

Pat Forde, a man who was once relevant, does not like John Calipari. Pat Forde, a man who was once relevant, takes every opportunity he can to take a shot at John Calipari.

Last night, Pat Forde, a man who was once relevant, a man who was once suspended for his behavior away from his typewriter, sent out another shot to John Calipari. And it was a stretch.

Forde, who was once relevant, wrote, “Calipari again owns Thursday in late June. Jay Wright, Coach K, Kevin Ollie and Rick Pitino have owned the last four first Mondays in April.”

I wonder why Forde, who was once relevant, and suspended from a former employer, chose the last four years for that tweet. He is trying to make a point against Calipari, yet if he had gone back one more year to make it five, it would’ve included Calipari’s championship. But no, Forde, who was once relevant, left that one out. Only the last four championships for that tweet. I guess we’re acting like Cal didn’t win one, or go to four Final Fours in five years.

Forde, who was once relevant, didn’t stop there. He also took a shot at the program:

No one hates Kentucky and Calipari more than this guy, who was once relevant and suspended for unethical behavior.

How does he still have a verified twitter account? He’s not important enough for that.

Now here is a no doubt true hater. Some analysts are stir sticks that blue blood programs like ours get aggravated with. But this is pure hatred and it can’t be disguised.

You guys do a good job of screening the “hater posts/tweets” so they don’t get the BBN attention they are looking for via clickbait. No point in even posting this article about Forde. He is getting exactly what he wants now with BBN being put into a frenzy about his posts. Chances are 75% of BBN doesn’t even follow Forde because of his BS, but 75% follows this site, so in turn we are now getting our unwanted Forde dump from here. The guy is a disease I don’t want to catch.

I love this site, but no way in hell 75% of BBN follows this site.

Not really the point of the comment.

Yeah but while KSR screens the haters like you say this is still louisville related. KSR makes a distinction between regular trolls and louisville trolls and they want BBN to see the louisville trolls because KSR has a vested interest in stoking the louisville hate both for ratings and whatever vanedetta M.JONES is on against them. I would have never seen pat forde hateful tweet without KSR help dragging me into their fight

Forde’s current employer, which won’t be around much longer anyway, stopped putting his name in headlines or his byline on front pages because no one would click them. Keep up the good work, Pat.

Speaking of banners being debatable, how’s Louisville’s looking? Still hanging for now? A few mysteriously sticky stains on the bottom?

Slick Rick doesn’t talk negatively about other coaches….. but he sure uses his Louisville mouth pieces to do it a lot.

Remember BBN, just ignore Forde. Don’t tweet him, don’t clink any of his articles, don’t give him any attention. Just let him continue to throw a tantrum in his timeout chair like a petulant toddler who missed his nap.

Forde aspires to someday rise to the level of “tool”.

I stayed up too late watching the NBA draft and US Olympic Trials last night, and I am on the struggle bus today because of it.

Who cares? Do you know what the first Monday in April is? The National championship, making it to a final 4 is just a bridesmaid.

All of those teams won the championship, UK didnt win until 5 years ago. Theres nothing wrong with his statement. Its just funny all of you all are so butt hurt about the truth. Cal isnt a good coach, wake up

lol butt hurt about the truth. Cal isn’t a good coach? He won 5 years ago, your team won 4 years ago…and it took Pitino a hell of a lot longer to win one at UofL than it took Pitino at UK. Also L1C8…you probably think Pitino is a good coach, yet he can’t beat Cal except once in nine tries. And as for the bridesmaid comment: apply the same logic next time you decide to brag about what a great football school Louisville is. Music City Bowl = guest at wedding, not even bridesmaid.

Don’t like the man, but he is somewhat right. Coach puts a lot of stock in last night. His gig towards us was not winning it when we were 38-1. That still sucks, hurts and will always hurt. But I wish coach would put just a little more stock in winning another title, less on what he preaches.

jr june is right. Kentucky has had the top number of guys go to the NBA since Cal showed up. One banner. Anthony Davis and KAT will make a mark on the league. The others are just participating and never to be seen in May or June, particularly because of the crappy teams they end up playing for.

Why all the butthurt? Forde said Cal owned the draft, which is a huge deal for recruiting as was just stated. And then he simply made the true comment that owning draft day every single year doesn’t equate to National Championships. That’s a fact. Why are you all so sensitive about it?

    Booby Petrino,

Excellent take on the average Louisville fan’s logic when it comes to football, brother! They have given Kentucky fans so much grief when the Cats have come up short of winning the National Championship the past few years. Yet their football program, the same one that has been “on a collision course” with the National Championship since 1985, has routinely played in middle to lower tier bowl games over the past 20-25 years (GMAC Bowl; Motor City Bowl; Humanitarian Bowl; Beef O’ Brady’s Bowl; Belk Bowl; Music City Bowl, etc.). The Louisville Basketball program has one National Championship in the last 29 years, while Kentucky has three in that same time frame. One NC in 29 years, but yet it is Kentucky that is always “coming up short”! Funny stuff!!

Cue up Blueblueblueblue and scorpiocard to tell us about the Cards playing in the Orange and Sugar Bowls in the last 10 years (for reference sake, Cincinnati has also played in the Orange and Sugar Bowls in the last 10 years!) Of course, it’s not winning the National Championship, so they really don’t count! Lol!!

On a related note, I don’t read anything Forde writes. The guy is a weasel, who has his nose up the butts of Rick Pitino, Tom Jurich and the Louisville Athletic department. He is comparable to Dan Dakich. ESPN might as well give Dakich a crimson and cream pom pom, and an IU sweatshirt when he’s commentating a basketball game!
