WoW, Auburn kicks former starting QB off the team for PI. What does it take to be dismissed from Florida football, and expelled from the University?
One or two guys, maybe? But, nine?
    Sounds like a mob bust.

UL still leads in strippers/hookers, Harley Davidson boo boos, and restaurant romances.

    • The Harley thing happened at Arkansas. 🙂
Granted though, they actually fired Bobby for that, whereas UL rolled out the Cardinal red carpet and threw down rose petals to welcome him back.

and yet, somehow they STILL think they have the moral high ground over UK because we’re just a bunch of cheaters……. lmfao

The Harley thing might have happened at Ark., but he practically still had the road rash when UofL welcomed him back with open arms.

The only way U of L fires anyone is if they don’t win, they don’t care about cheating as long as they win.

DING DING DING – we have a winner, folks!

Bro . . . It’s ALL ABOUT WINNING. PERIOD. Mitch tried to take the ‘high road” and when CAL was BEGGING to be UK”s headcoach and Mitch didn’t even interview him and with with Billy(hiccup!)Clyde. After that fiasco, he HIRED a coach with TWO VACATED BANNERS to UK BECAUSE IT’S ALL ABOUT THE WINS. PERIOD. Momma alwasy said, Don’t throw stones if you live in a glass house. just sayin . .

    • J-Dub421
      12:20 pm September 19, 2017 Permalink

DennyC, you U of L troll. How’d you like that Clemson game?? Also your crappy amoral school is about to vacate some banners, so enjoy that too.

    • Minor point maybe, but Cal had 1 Final Four vacated when he was hired. I might be wrong, but if Cal was really as dirty as people like you and Forde/Thamel think, I can’t see any way the NCAA wouldn’t have connected him to at least a few shenanigans by now.

    • DennyC
      12:33 pm September 19, 2017 Permalink

The NCAA tried but ‘for some reason’ Eric Bledsoe’s teachers left his HS and wouldn’t comment on his grade status and how they miraculously changed. Eric Bledsoe never should have been allowed to graduate HS but no one stepped up “for some reason’. . . Shenanigans? who know. Cal has worked the system well, no doubt, and his success proves it. BUT, the fact remains, MITCH TOOK A HUGE CHANCE on HIM because IT’S ALL ABOUT THE WINS. period.

    • Booby Petrino
      12:56 pm September 19, 2017 Permalink

Sorry, bro, but it’s not all about the wins. Mitch took a chance on Cal because he stopped believing the crap you people are spreading and actually looked at facts. Cal didn’t cheat.

Now, if our coaches had been caught in a sex scandal like Stripper U, they would be fired. A guy like Petrino would never be rehired at UK after what he did at Arkansas. Then add in the cheating last year when Petrino had his guys stealing playbooks…Stripper U just can’t follow rules. And still only has a mediocre football team. If you’re going to cheat, you should at least win games…like your basketball team. Speaking of…I can’t wait for the watch party when those banners come down!

Sex scandals, cheating scandals, financial scandals…you all have it covered at UofLol

DennyC, here is a fact for you: your boys are about to get spanked for violations that are actually documented and beyond dispute, while you so desperately hope that UK gets in trouble for some imagined shenanigans. Throw that at your glass house.

^^^^ Here’s a timeline of U of L scandals in recent years. Now run along back to the Card Chronicle little troll.

Slow today, so I’ll take the opportunity to talk about a great Kentuckian, Harry Dean Stanton. He attended UK for 3 yrs before leaving to follow his dream, and also was a veteran of the Battle of Okinawa.
Was in heavy weight movies, In the Heat of the Night, Godfather II, Kelley’s Heroes, Repo Man, Paris tx, and The Green Mile. Also was in a cult classic, Two-Lane Blacktop with singer songwriter James Taylor and Beach Boys drummer Dennis Wilson.
An accomplished singer, guitar and harmonica player, he sang 2 or 3 songs in another Cult classic, Cool Hand Luke with Paul Newman.
N.Y. Times called him the character actor that became a star.

      Nice respectful shout out.
      He definitely was a treasure.
      May he RIP.

    • Cool Hand Luke = awesome. I can’t say I’ve seen most of those. Hot take: I thought The Green Mile was overrated. In the Heat of the Night was pretty good. Virgil & the chief were both meaner in the movie than on the show.

Cool Hand Luke was one of the films we studied in my film study class in high school. Look for the recurring crucifixion motif in the movie. Luke was basically an allegory to Christ, a sacrificial lamb if you will.

Man, I hope we can break that unholy streak this weekend, but in the back of my mind, I always feel like UK Football is Charlie Brown getting ready to kick the football and Florida is Lucy holding the ball for him. 🙁 Hope Charlie finally kicks the ball this time (or at least kicks Lucy in the head if she tries to pull it away again.) 😀

Yeah, I guess we need the Dad from Family Guy to suit up for us. Come to think of it, he does kind of resemble Matt Elam. 🙂

    • And we’ll have to see Chris Doering (sp?) in studio during the UF game, just like virtually every other Saturday since we’re always on the SEC Network. I remember listening to the game and the forlorn voice of Ralph Hacker saying “Touchdown Florida” at the end, after I had been literally jumping up and down thinking we had them. Of course, the streak would still be at like 24-25 or something even if we had beaten them that night.

He used to be a walk-on. I like Walker. He’s not the fastest guy on the team, nor the most athletic, but he runs his routes very well and has great hands. Walker is consistent and reliable.

Was there guesses on the “possible surprised performer” that UK is trying to get? I am pretty sure I figured it out by 11pm CT last night. My son checked the tour schedule and it would fit.
