Good morning, BBN! Let’s get your Sunday rollin’…

Patrick Patterson and the Raptors Hoping to Advance

The NBA Conference Finals are almost set, with only one more team left to be determined. Later this afternoon, the Toronto Raptors will tip-off at home against the Miami Heat. It’s Game 7 of the series, with the loser going home, and the winner facing Lebron’s Cavs next week for the Eastern Conference title.

Former Cat Patrick Patterson has had some key moments during the series for Toronto. Good luck to Pat and the Raptors, as they fight to keep their championship dreams alive.  The game tips off at 3:30 pm on ABC.

Game of Thrones Season 6-Episode 4 Airs Tonight

In case you haven’t noticed, GoT is pretty popular, especially on this website. Big storylines are on the horizon, and I know many readers can’t wait for tonight’s episode.

khaleesi

Diverting from any potential spoilers, fans of the show may have heard the rumor about a special visitor this summer. Emilia Clarke, better known as Khalessi/Daenerys Targaryen, is set to star in a crime-drama that takes place in Eastern Kentucky. Multiple locations across central and eastern Kentucky have been contacted about possible filming.

Will the Mother of Dragons make her way to Kentucky? I sure hope so.

NBA Combine Wraps-up

Today is the last day for college and international players to show what they’ve got. Things have been pretty quite recently, but for players like Marcus Lee, decision time quickly approaches.

He definitely didn’t play his best week of basketball at the combine. Will Lee return to UK as a key reserve, or will he try his luck to land a spot on an NBA roster?

Final Session of Nike’s EYBL Tipping-off

Some of the nation’s best high school basketball players are finishing up in Hampton. As it was noted yesterday, collegiate coaches are not allowed to attend, but we’ll keep you updated on future Cats as the day goes along.
