Good news for all you Mitch Barnhart fans out there!
The University of Kentucky’s athletic director has a new deal that will keep him in place through June 30, 2022. The new deal, posted on UKAthletics.com today, bumps Barnhart’s salary from $730,000 to $840,000 beginning in 2019; that number will go up to $880,000 in 2020 and then $925,000 in 2021.
The amendment to Barnhart’s original deal was signed and dated by Barnhart and Eli Capilouto on March 18 of this year.
