Happy Sunday, friends! Which feels more like a Saturday because three day weekend! Whether you’re grilling out or plan on watching Netflix all day (my personal suggestion), here’s what you need to know to start your day!
Coach Cal bobbleheads went FAST yesterday
Miss out on getting a Cal head? Don’t worry, they’ll be giving out more on June 17. The Lexington Legends have been KILLING it this weekend as far as promos go! Friday was KSR night (and if you haven’t seen a video of shirtless Ryan Lemond then you’ve been living under a rock), and yesterday was Coach Cal bobblehead night.
Speaking of, Tebow mania is crazy
I have never in my life seen SO many people at a Legends game or anywhere in Lexington as I did on Friday night. What is it about the guy that captivates everyone in the universe? Due to rain, yesterday’s game got cancelled and pushed to today. So if you’re looking for something to do, head down to the ballpark and catch a Tebow double header today!
Cal and Brad bonded last night

Coach Cal posted this video on his twitter last night and I just think it’s adorable. Sometimes I forget that Brad is actually his son.
UK Track and Field had 4,000 people show up yesterday
I’m not a track expert but I think that’s a great number for audience attendance at a meet. Yesterday was the East Preliminary Championship where many Cats won and are moving on to finals. Good luck guys!
Brandin Cooks and Josh Norman want to be Jamal Murray
Josh Norman of the Washington Redskins and Brandin Cooks of the New England Patriots are hoping that with the NFL’s new relaxed celebration rule they can pull a Jamal Murray and start shooting their arrow.
They can try but they’ll never have as good an arrow as Jamal Murray.
De’Aaron Fox continues to rise in the draft
According to Corey Knapp over at SEC Country, some lottery teams now think De’Aaron Fox is the best PG in the draft.
Per source, there are multiple teams in the lottery who feel De’Aaron Fox – not Fultz or Ball – is the top PG in the draft. Continues 2 rise

You can read Knapp’s article here for more information.
Tyler Ulis and Devin Booker have some flow
Move over Drake.
This is the weirdest baseball thing I’ve ever seen
Last night, during a minor league game this uh…strike out happened and the internet is freaking out. I’m not quite sure what to think of it.

UK Softball is out
UK Softball lost in the super regionals to Oregon yesterday in a tough loss. They finished their season 39-19 and were just one game shy of going to the World Series.
Congrats girls, you did great!
Can next year’s team shoot?
Our own (newly engaged) Nick Roush spent some time yesterday on this here website, answering the question a lot of media and fans have asked recently – “Can next year’s team shoot?” If you haven’t read it, check out the breakdown of our newest players – including Hami, and get the question answered for yourself.
