The Martin County Water Crisis really gained attention once a video of a Kentucky State Trooper choking a man at a community meeting went viral. That man, Gary Michael Hunt, spoke to Matt outside of the Martin County Water District office this afternoon for Hey Kentucky!.
In the interview, Hunt expresses his frustration over the water issues he and fellow Martin County residents have faced for the last five years. In light of the recent news that the water company has applied for an expedited rate increase of 49.5%, Hunt wants answers.
