Marlana VanHoose to sing at the Presidential Inaugural concert

marlana

Marlana VanHoose, one of my favorite people on planet Earth, announced the exciting news this morning that she has been invited to sing at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. for the 58th Presidential Inaugural concert. She is one of only a dozen performers selected for the event, according to the letter she shared on Facebook earlier today.

Assuming they have her sing the national anthem, the inauguration will join Game 6 of the NBA Finals and the Republic National Convention as her biggest stages to date — and she rocked them all.

We couldn’t be happier for her and we can’t wait to hear that voice singing for everyone in America to hear.

I hope she sings John Prine’s “Paradise” for the polluter-elect.

Oh, don’t be “that guy” and rain on Marlana’s parade.

It’s this rude liberal behavior that people are sick of.

God bless her… What an honor.

She will have to watch out for Obama’s perverts lurking in the little girls restrooms.

Very glad someone is proud to be asked instead of pouting, crying and holding their breath like some of the older performers who were asked.

Hopefully Trump won’t mock her performance during her speech or tweet it would be hard for her to be a 10.
