Marina on Kentucky Lake damaged by tornado yesterday

Yesterday, another series of powerful storms made their way through the Bluegrass, and the damage was so bad it’s making national news.

A tornado with 100 mph winds touched down near Moors Resort & Marina on Kentucky Lake in Marshall County around 5 p.m., damaging two docks. It’s hard to believe from the pictures, but no one was hurt:

    How does the article title say there was a tornado, then halfway through says possible tornado or high winds which was it? What’s the purpose of the article if you don’t even know

      It was a tornado. EF1. There was 2 in our area around the same time. Both EF1s.

    Poor Moor’s can’t stay away from tornadoes. It was hit by an F3 in 2005.
