LSU’s Fournette fights teammate; LSU calls it “a game”

fournette

LSU running back Leonard Fournette was caught on video throwing haymakers at a teammate, offensive lineman Garrett Brumfield, outside Tiger Stadium.

To me, it appears to be what I would clearly definite as a fist fight. To LSU, it was boys simply being boys.

LSU Associate Athletic Director of Communications Michael Bonnette told TMZ Sports, which acquired and released the video, Fournette and Brumfield were playing “a game where they basically have to touch the other person twice.”

If that’s the case, I have subzero interest in playing said “game” with the Heisman favorite — or anyone, for that matter.

That’s a fight. As someone who spends hours upon hours in the black hole of online fight videos, I’m confident in saying that is, without question, a fight.

No fight. The person taking the video is not mumbling “wurrl star … wurrl star” over and over again like someone who can’t spell G.E.D.
