Lincoln County man got drunk, dug up his dad’s grave to argue with him

A man in Lincoln County was arrested Monday night after he dug up his own father’s grave to argue with the corpse.

Michael May, 44, wanted to have a chat with his old man, so he took a shovel out to the cemetery for a face to face, like people do. He told police his dad had been dead for around 30 years.

May was intoxicated, of course, and charged with violating a grave, public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

People die, arguments live forever.

Here you go again, Drew. Slanderin’ another Kentucky citizen. It’s like you hate the UK fanbase or something. This guy wouldn’t have to talk to his dead dad if this country was what it used to be before Obama and the other liberals like you got ahold of it. Trump/Palin 2016.

I’ve seen Louisville trolls pose as UK fans and post that disguised their true identity better… Go back to HuffPo or deadspin comment section

I’m not sure what your issue is. I’ve managed to keep my job and my house and watched my retirement account double during the Obama administration. None of those were true during the end of the Bush administration.

Life, you clearly missed the mark here. The comment was a joke. However, I was able to keep my job and house and my retirement fund did just fine under the Bush admin. Perhaps you’ve just made changes that bettered your life, not to the President’s credit. Health insurance sucks now and most of my benefits have dwindled under Obama, and I haven’t changed jobs, still working for the state of KY.

He probably still lost the argument… that or his dad gave him the silent treatment, or rather, the cold shoulder.

Was his old man a UofL fan? I probably would have a bone to pick with him, too…

I saw his jailhouse interview. He warned that it might happen again if “the truth didn’t come out”. I don’t know what the deceased father continues to lie about.

I didn’t realize John Daly and Eli Manning had a child together. Good for them.

Since he was there, he should have given his dad a cell phone so he could call him next time.

Looks like he didn’t lose any weight – just his mind.
