Tomorrow will be the last day at the Courier-Journal for Kyle Tucker, who has been on the UK beat for five years, and has been the best of the actual journalism crowd. (No offense to the others, but Kyle ran laps around them.)
Tucker will begin a new venture later this month that he plans to announce tomorrow. For now, he left some kind words to his followers on the C-J before he hangs it up.
As for the new job, I know what it is and it’s not KentuckySportsRadio.com. We were going to offer him and put him in the same cubicle as Matt if he accepted, but we decided against it.
Anyway, the C-J lost a good one this week and good luck to Kyle at his next stop.
