That is actually one of Lonny’s most sensible tweets aside from needing to change it from ‘Where all’ to ‘Where will.’ Anyone who knows football knows Mike is short for middle linebacker and Will is short for weak side linebacker, and Sam would be strong side.

I know we’re not supposed to dislike these guys but doesn’t Doron Lamb sound like a huge asshole like… all the time ?

Archie does, but not Doron. Doron just sounds like a ladies man.

  3. Drew, the Bengals have not been bad the last few years. In fact, our defense has been NAILS. Yeah, we’ve stunk it up in the playoffs cuz Bad Andy showed up instead of Good (regular season) Andy, but we’ve MADE the playoffs 3 years in a row. If Good Andy could show up in the post season, who knows with all the weapons he has?

I feel ya, Cory Johnson. Yesterday I weighed 238, today 231. There can be only one explanation….

Sounds like a lot of people didn’t realize what kind of deal Dalton got. He only gets like 2 more years to prove himself (win a playoff game or two). Bengals have an out after that. He has to earn most of that contract each year. Gives the Bengals stability to groom Mr. Katherine Webb or draft/trade for another QB if Andy can’t consistently improve. If he does, the contract rewards him. He also gets a good chunk of money early on to thank him for signing such a team-friendly contract. Colin K got the same kind of conditional money in SF.
