No, I don’t need to understand their schtick. They are arrogant pigs and I don’t have to like them. They have an enormous loser fan base of sycophants that will try to ruin a pizza joint they’ve never heard of, just because they’re told to by these creeps. And they’re not the favorite guests hosts of the KSR fan base. They have their own fan base, who doesn’t listen to any of the other shows, throw the vote. It’s like when we crash a Louisville fan poll for kicks and giggles.

Off to listen to today’s My Favorite Murder. Let me know if y’all want to talk about music or food or something random…

Speaking of music, and this will be unpopular because it was for me, but….I know runnin’ and maybe others went to the Paul McCartney concert so I have to pass this along. I highly recommend anyone who is a Beatles fan read this book, I read the first one and I’m half way through this second one. http://www.billyshears.com/5.htm I’m guessing it’s a matter of seconds before I’m attacked.

    • I’ll listen to my iTunes, or an archive of “Thistle & Shamrock”. I knew NOTHING about these guys, had never heard of them, until the first time they hosted here. Them bringing Sam Decker on the show was enough for me. Not gonna listen. “Wouldn’t be prudent at this juncture!”.

Realme, what’s this about them ruining a pizza joint?

What’s the deal about ruining pizza joints? I don’t follow these guys so I have no idea about it. Yeah, the phone can ring away today and I won’t get mad. 😉

If you want to talk music, I can give you some more tidbits from the concert. A lot of people had signs.
Paul said they try to avoid the signs while performing because they have to play their instruments…and remember the lyrics; but, he did point out a couple of signs.
One lady had a sign that said, “I tried to mail myself to you when I was six years old” Ha ha ha.
Another guy had a sign that said simply, “222”. It was his 222nd straight McCartney concert. Paul said, “some people might consider that obsessive”. Ha ha.

One of them or their Barstool cohorts does pizza reviews. He did one here at Goodfellas and they gave him a cold piece and then asked him to stop filming his review (dumb on the part of the Goodfellas empolyee), and then they had to deal with an onslaught of bad reviews by their fans who had never eaten there, and other terrible pr. But that’s just one example. They sic their fan base on people or companies they don’t like all the time.

Runnin’ I’ve been a huge Beatle fan since their first performance on the Ed Sullivan Show and I remember the PID clues from the Sgt Peppers album and never bought into it, but if you look into it and read the book(s) I recommended above it will make you question everything you know about Paul and the Beatles.

Realme, story goes that back in Sept of 66′ Paul was killed in a car accident and replaced by William (Billy Shears) Shepherd, the reason they never toured again after 1966. The music changed drastically as did their look, Billy is taller and bigger than Paul, voice analysis were done as was forensics on the faces of Paul before and after Sept 66′ and they did not match. I fought it for a long time but when you look at all the evidence there have been more than one Paul. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtimXpaec1UWO4lHSYNgfvg/videos

Hmmm, I stopped reading when it said George Martin was the 5th Beatle. The 5th Beatle generally refers to Stuart Sutcliffe who died so tragically in Hamburg, Germany.
As far as history is concerned, one of the songs Saturday night was the first song John, Paul, and George recorded. It was 1958, when they were the Quarrymen. It was written by Paul when he was 14, the guitar break was written by Harrison, and this was the only song ever credited to McCartney-Harrison.
Paul’s talent was obvious even at 14. The song was “In Spite of all the Danger”; you can find it online.

Billy Shears is arrogant as they come and he talks about being a better Paul than Paul ever was which didn’t set well with me, but Paul could not read and write music as Billy can. Billy Shears introduces himself in “With A Little Help With My Friends” and the title track, go read the lyrics.

Realme I believe your husband is onto something with the Illuminati, or a least a group of elites that control most everything. I’m sure he knows about the Bilderberg Group and the Free Masons. Billy Shears is a high ranking Free Mason.

    • Iamheasyouarehe
      11:06 am June 6, 2019 Permalink

I agree Realme, runnin is way way smarter than me so I really want him to look deep into all of this and get back to us, I’ve been looking into it for two years. Billy gives far too much detail not to have been there and been part of it, including song meanings. The clues didn’t stop with Sgt Peppers, they continued through Wings and Paul’s solo career.

What I don’t get about the illuminati is, if they want to drastically lower the population of the world and start fresh ruling the rest, what are they waiting for? They have supposedly been pulling all the strings for several generations. What was in it for the GHW Bush’s who are gone to have been pulling strings for future generations to bring about their kooky plans? I’m a skeptic, but I find it fun to learn what people believe about stuff like this (and the multiple Pauls).

I wasn’t calling anyone crazy. I don’t have the time available in my life right now to deep dive into conspiracy theories. I did google the stones, and while I know many feel that Wiki is false, it did offer what I thought was a reasonable explanation:

“The most widely agreed-upon interpretation of the stones is that they describe the basic concepts required to rebuild a devastated civilization.[2] Author Brad Meltzer notes that the stones were built in 1979 at the height of the Cold War, and thus argues that they may have been intended as a message to the possible survivors of a nuclear World War III. The engraved suggestion to keep humanity’s population below 500 million could have been made under the assumption that war had already reduced humanity below this number.”

Matt cared when Cutler did the worst show ever as one long boring monologue without pausing for breath. He hasn’t had him on the show alone since. But this, which Matt gets WAY more bad feedback on, he doesn’t care how we feel. I think he should.

The same can be said about Matt Jones, and a lot of other people. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Millions of people listen to Florida Georgia line, and they aren’t good, so…. correct. Popular doesn’t equal good. I understand WHY Matt has them guest host, but that doesn’t change the fact that i don’t like their schtick and think it’s stupid.
