KSR show caller James will beat you in a foot race if you doubt him

A KSR radio show caller became a new favorite during this morning’s show when he called in to talk about high school football. I won’t spoil it for you here, just know you better believe him.

Thanks for the call, James.

I listened to this live and have replayed it via podcast about 6 times this afternoon. I love how he throws the professional (semi-pro) pool player in there as if it qualifies him to better talk about football game speed.

James is right! It’s all about the reaction to the reaction and the reaction of the action on the field. That the whole reason why he was able to beat Nick Varner at a semi-pro pool tournament in Bowling Green.

I can’t believed there negative comments about James. I hope you all know he will foot race you individually until you realize he has 4.3 speed! And when he beats your butt he’ll race himself.

I hope ESPN gets wind of this. We need a 30 for 30 on James called “30 for 30: I dunner in 4.1.”

I do remember a white kid from Daviess Co
who broke all state records in sprint and would
be about James age. He had scholly offers
from all big time FB programs, but turned them
all down to run track. Several years after grad.
from HS, he continued to get FB offers.
He would be about James age. And Nick Varner
is from Owensboro Ky. Messenger Enquirer
did feature on this kid and his world class running
    ability.

the white kid from owensboro was casey combest. i went to high school with him and he did not have offers from big time FB programs. the kid was one of the fastest people in the country at the time but he had bricks for hands, couldnt dribble a basketball for anything and never even played football. he could have went to any school in the country for track but couldnt qualify because of grades. hw would be 32 or 33 now. but james could still run circles around him!

We have to set up a combine where we time James vs anyone who would make fun of him. Make it happen, Matt Jones.

How do we set this foot race up? I’d like to race the world’s fastest man.

  32. Trueblupopeye
    10:30 pm September 20, 2013 Permalink

If your reaction to the reaction is reacting to the faster reaction but your reaction to their reaction isnt the reaction you was reacting to. Does the faster reaction to the slower reaction make your reaction early or does your reaction to the faster reaction make you slower and cause you to react again to the reaction?

I know this guy!!! Makes me so proud to be from Russell County. I even played Grade School football with the guy! I went on to play 4 years of Varsity but alas, James didn’t. We sure could have used him. But then again, I could always out run him……why didn’t I get any D1 offers!!!! I was cheated out of my chance!
