Kentucky’s Kent Bulle to play in the U.S. Open

We’re going to the U.S. Open!!!!!

Glasgow’s Kent Bulle shot 69/64 in a 36-hole U.S. Open qualifier down in Atlanta today on what is known as the #LongestDayInGolf. Kent and his caddy, Aaron Flener, a former KSR writer, will now make the trip to Oakmont to see what they can do against the best of the best in America’s national championship.

And since they’re two of my very good friends, you better believe KSR is going with them. I just followed them during a Web tour event in South Carolina two weeks ago, so there is no way in hell I will let them sneak off to Pittsburgh to play in their first PGA tournament, a major, without the Bulle Pen. We’re coming in hot, Oakmont.

At this time I would like to tell every player on the PGA Tour they are officially on notice. Jordan Spieth, watch your back. Jason Day, watch your back. Bubba Watson, watch your back. El Toro is on the loose.

Congrats, Kent!

Cannot wait for KSR coverage of this… Good luck Kent and the BullePen! I think the BullePen and KSR needs to travel RV style up to Oakmont for live coverage!
