Kentucky’s favorite brunch is bourbon… because of course it is

In honor of all the Mother’s Day brunches happening tomorrow, asked what are the most-loved breakfasts in each state according to Pinterest. To the surprise of no one in this state, Kentucky’s is bourbon.

Big ups to folks from Kentucky who are searching for ways to drink more bourbon for brunch, though. That’s one brunch dish I think we can all get behind, regardless of where we live.

Since the map is hard to read, here is the full list:

Alabama – Pound cake

Arizona – Breakfast tostadas

California – Figs
Colorado – Paleo breakfast

    A Georgia note…

After leaving my home in Ky (military) I’ve lived in Georgia for over 20 years.. trust me folks whoever elected to name this states brunch on the above list is not from Georgia nor would it be in any average persons top 10.

I am most familiar with 2 states and the culture within.

KENTUCKY – and BOURBON – makes sense.

What in the hurl is: Georgia — Caribbean brunch.

I’ve lived most of my life in the Peach state and I have never been clued into this one.
