The Kentucky coaching staff has added another prospect to it’s recruiting database.
A four-star point guard out of the class of 2023 and the No. 13 overall prospect according to ESPN, Jada Williams has officially received a scholarship offer from the University of Kentucky Women’s Basketball program. Prep Girls Hoops ranks Williams as the 6th overall player in her class and a five-star prospect.

Standing at 5-foot-6, Williams has been rising through the recruiting rankings over the past year through her AAU play as a member of the Arkansas Banshees. She was one of just 15 girls from the class of 2023 who received an invite to the Coach Wooten’s Top 150 Showcase that is scheduled for this weekend.
Here is what ESPN‘s Dan Olson said about the high school guard last August: “Jet-quick, confident floor-leader with a scoring punch; elusive off the dribble with quick release on jumper in mid-range game to the arc; pushes tempo and advances the ball in transition; collapses the defense, interior passer; superb back court prospect.”
Williams has also received offers from the likes of Arizona State, Georgia, Louisville, Texas, Baylor, Notre Dame, Mississippi State, and LSU all since May. She’s apparently been garneing offers since she was in the seventh grade, according to an article posted by Gene Swindoll of 247 Sports. Williams was named to the MBCA (Missouri Basketball Coaches Association) All-State team in 2020.
